Architecture Lozica d.o.o. (LTD) was founded in 2002 in Zagreb. We specialize in architectural design, interior design, legalization of unlawfully constructed buildings, consulting related to acquiring licences that are obligatory for construction works, professional supervision of construction works and their organization and coordination.
Up to now we have been primarily involved in housing architecture of a higher standard. We have designed urban villas, family houses and interiors of apartments in Podsljeme Zone, as well as vacation houses, mostly in Dalmatia. For more efficient fieldwork on the Dalmatian islands we are equipped with our own runaboat located in Split.
We cooperate with AJF projekt d.o.o (LTD) which is a Croatian branch of a globally well-known architectural bureau Anin-Jeromin-Fitilidis & partner from Düsseldorf, Germany, on the project of the Sky Office skyscraper on the Zagreb Avenue.
As partners of the French architectural bureau of Lea Coret we participated in interior design of a series of Lanvin boutiques in Paris and in Istanbul.
We have a lots of experience in designing family swimming pools. We are professional associates of the Aquamovi d.o.o (LTD), the representative office of the French company Aqualux which is the biggest European producer of swimming pool technology and for whom we have designed most of the swimming pools constructed in Croatia.
We also have much experience in interior design of coffee bars.
Occasionally we have participated as authors and co-authors at open architectural tenders and at some of them we were awarded.
